On top of 20-foot posts, sits this beautiful 3 bed, 2 full bath beach house featuring an open concept living space with an incredible panoramic view of the Gulf. No need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs, the house has a private elevator.

Soak up the picturesque ocean views from the living room that features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and walkout access to a deck with unobstructed views of the turquoise water and coastline. Many outdoor seating and dining options are available as well. The walkout deck features seating. The lower deck that features dining and bar top tables along with a propane grill for barbequing allowing friends and family to spend time together making lifetime memories.

The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom that includes dual sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and a luxurious shower. The second bedroom is spacious and features a queen bed with bench seating along with ceiling fan. The third bedroom is uniquely designed to sleep four or more guests. This room has a full/full bunk bed with twin trundle bed along with a standalone twin bed. This house is easily able to accommodate eight adults plus two children.

The house is equipped with all modern amenities which includes: Wi-Fi, large screen televisions in every room, sleek black appliances in the kitchen with double oven, with on-site laundry featuring a full-size washer and dryer.

A private walkway to the beach is secluded by shady sea grapes. On cool nights gather by the fire pit and in the day, let your worries wash away by the beach. Swing in the sunshine or stay in the shade swaying in the oversized hammock enjoying a cool breeze. Our private long driveway allows plenty of guest parking and room to bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks and more.

Set back off a two-lane road, this quiet piece of paradise has access to three beautiful public beaches and is conveniently located near restaurants, pubs, shopping centers, and mini markets.

The house is within minutes of Stump Pass Park where you can trek through exploring tropical trails which lead to the beach. Firewood, kayaks, and bike rentals are readily available at local shops. The surrounding areas feature unlimited outdoor activities such as golfing, boating, fishing, jet skiing, and much more.
