Located directly on Englewood Beach, The Cottage offers a variety of inviting outdoor spaces with beach front views and access. The private roof top deck is the perfect spot to start and end your day. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee watching the white caps break along the coast or admire the peaceful heavenly night by stargazing. Situated in the soft quartz sand, the free-standing deck is ideal for oceanside dining equipped with propane BBQ grill or take a relaxing nap listening to the waves crash in the outdoor daybed.

Need to bring multiple cars or would like to bring a trailer with your jet skis or boat? No problem, our private driveway offers plenty of space for all your parking needs. This "old Florida" home features 3+ bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Cottage sleeps up to 8 guests if you utilize the additional sleeping arrangements (queen inflatable mattress). An open living concept allows everyone to spread out with plenty of room to cook a delicious meal in the kitchen, relax and watch a movie in the living room or sit at the table playing games or enjoying a meal. As the sun sets, gather loved ones around the fire pit and roast marshmallows to evoke nostalgic memories of a simpler time.

The cottage features large TV’s, Wi-Fi, stainless steel appliances, and an open floor plan while exuding a cozy cottage vibe with gorgeous cypress wood ceilings throughout the house. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the primary bathroom EnSuite allowing bathing suits and beachwear to go straight from the sand to the laundry. A highchair, pack n’ play, and games are available for smaller children.

Set back off a two-lane road, this quiet piece of paradise has access to three beautiful public beaches and is conveniently located near restaurants, pubs, shopping centers, and mini markets.

The house is within minutes of Stump Pass Park where you can trek through exploring tropical trails which lead to the beach. Firewood, kayaks, and bike rentals are readily available at local shops. The surrounding areas feature unlimited outdoor activities such as golfing, boating, fishing, jet skiing, and much more.
